Why do we read fiction? Because we enjoy it! Fiction can be exciting, funny, sad, scary, frustrating particularly when an author changes characters at a crucial point in a story. We wait in suspense, what will happen? How will the story unfold? How will it end?

I cannot imagine my life without a good read. You are so right too about fiction and imagination. When I pick up a good book I am transported to another world and I revist that world every time I turn back to the book. So much better than television!
